As the American public becomes more concerned about what they eat and more attuned to the benefits of fresh produce, the film, "Food Chains," draws attention to the equally vital issue of those who harvest our food. This documentary film reveals the abuse of farm workers within the United States and the terrible human cost within our food supply that forces farm workers into working in sub-human conditions. The film also focuses on the extraordinary work of the Coalition of Immokalee workers that has made tremendous gains in improving their conditions.
