In the early 1940's, 14 year old Pnina left her home in an agricultural village in the Galilee and disappeared. Years later she began sending letters to her family from her home in the West Bank. Filmmaker Hagai journeys to uncover the mysteries of her great-aunt Pnina and her family in the Palestinian Territories with the help of her uncle, a retired colonel in Israeli intelligence. The film chronicles the meeting between members of this Jewish-Arab family over the course of three years in Israel and Nabuls , and reveals the complexities involved when a family member marries "out". Discussion to follow. Co-sponsored by TBE Social Action and Cultural Arts Committees.
